We have incorporated this local aesthetic and the charm of traditional teahouses into key areas of the store. The distinctive veranda pattern and the moments of corner turns, unique characteristics of traditional teahouse architecture, form a special retail display feature. The design intent overlays the experience of being inside the Long Hua Teahouse—strolling through the veranda for a relaxed moment—with the experience of browsing Panpuri’s products. This playful approach integrates the elegant spatial arrangement into the display design, recreating the feeling of visiting Long Hua as if you were visiting Panpuri. This tribute to Macau’s nostalgic beauty culminates at the Scent Altar, uniquely blending signature scents with cultural references. Each geometric perforation is covered by a flap. When you instinctively push the flap, it pivots, allowing scent and light to pass through the opening.
