We are excited to design and build the first Panpuri Store in Hong Kong, located at a prominent corner with a wide shopfront at K11. This store marks the brand’s debut, allowing us to introduce Panpuri to local customers. The shopfront features distinctive brownish upcycled fired circular tiles, creating an inviting exterior. Inside, several vibrant pocket spaces are illuminated by Barrisol ceiling lighting, showcasing various product ranges. These thoughtfully designed areas encourage customers to explore the brand’s offerings. To the left, a dedicated zone provides customized products and stools for consultation, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The fired circular tiles used in the store have successfully upcycled over 2,250 pieces of waste, with 80% of their content sourced from industrial materials like ceramic and glass. Their matte, textural finishes create a striking contrast with the vibrant, smooth surfaces of the pocket spaces. A significant challenge was to seamlessly adapt the organic form of the shopfront while aligning all integrated elements, including lightboxes, perfume display racks, roller shutters, and the TV. This careful coordination not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also ensures a cohesive and functional design throughout the store.
